i can not get the scanner on my dx4200 to work the copier works the printer work but the scanner won't. i'v unistalled it & re-installed it but it still happens.

if you have the original driver disc follow step:
go to my computer ,right click menage
device menager then the scaner is showing (?)
right click and update driver
go to my computer ,right click menage
device menager then the scaner is showing (?)
right click and update driver
