You need samsung champ unlock code for globe network and you can get that code from globe provider. Call them and make request about samsung unlock code and that's not free or you can buy that unlock code from third party sites for saving your time and your money.After you get that unlock code, insert that in your phone then you can replace globe sim card with other sim card as you like.

you may call your network provider regarding on this Dial 211 on your cellphone. The operator will assist you by telling that your SIM was blocked and it need a PUK code.
