When i try to charge my phone it says charging halted

Try replacing the battery- it sounds as if the battery has completely shorted out. If that does not work the issue is w/ the phone's charging system

best thing you can do is buy a new battery ang use when you charging it use it indoor .

If your phone is not charging, try use a similar charger to charge to see if it is charger problem, if the similar charger did not charge your phone, it means the problem is the charging port on your phone.

The charging port of your phone is bad and will need to be replace. Replace the charging port on your phone to solve the problem of your phone not charging.
Once the charging port is replaced, the not charging problem with your phone solve.

If your phone is not charging and the screen read error stop charging, you can look at the problem from angles, firstly, i suggest you try get a similar charger to charge the phone and see if it will charge it, if it does, it means the charger your charger is the problem and will need to be replace.

But, if after trying to charge with a similar charger and the screen of your phone still reads error stop charging, then, the problem is the charging port of your phone. In this case, you will need to replace the charging port of your phone, in order for your phone to charge.
