Question about IBM Infoprint 1612 Express Printer
I havean error on our 1612 Printer that I started using a compatible cartridge on. We have tried to put the original IBM Cartridge back in and turned it off and on a few times but cannot get the error to go away.

This error means the incorrect toner is installed. Most toners for similar printers will fit, but they have a chip on them to make it so it only works with certain models. Please make sure this is the right toner for the model printer. If it is and you still receive the error, you should try to return it to the place you purchased it from, as it is defective.
