Clothes comes out dirty still and they smell dirty. machine also makes a squeaking noise when it agitates

The bearings in the agitator are worn out and need replacing.

That does not sound good. New dogs sound great, but you must get to the bottom of why the clothes are becoming twisted on the agitator. Usually not enough WATER. Think loose flow of clothes submerged.
Long story short, you cannot jam pack this machine. Less clothes, more water, will equal long life.
Be sure that the mating teeth for the dogs, is not damaged. Slipping here would make loud noise.
More water, less clothes.

The Agitator

Motor Problems

• A repetitive squeaking noise during the agitation cycle may signify a problem with the motor. Specifically, the belt on the motor may be wearing out. Some motors use rubber couplers, which also wear out easily. The belt is necessary for the agitator to turn, but over time, it wears thin, just like the belts in your car's motor. An easy way to test for this problem -- if you're handy -- is to take the belt off the motor and then run it. If the squeaking noise stops, the problem is indeed your belt. could be several things if it is an intermittent squeak that goes in time with the agitation then you have bad brakes if it is constant then you may have a bad pump or object in the pump

Thanks for using FixYa. Please check if there are any sucked small clothes, safety pin, lint or debris in the water pump. If the pump is fine then the squeaking sound may be due to gear dogs in the agitator or bad gear case. The washer will spin and agitate at the same time. If the washer is still under warranty then do not try to open, repair or replace any part to void the warranty.

There are four suspension rods that the tub hangs on. When the washer is agitating the tub will rock back and forth and the rods will move back and froth as well. To fix this noise, lift up in each rod and put some lubricant in the cup that the rods fit into at the top of the washer.

Note that it is best if you use a lithium-based lubricant rather than silicone based lubricant.

Bad water pump. Replace water pump.tip machine back,Look under machine, remove belt, turn pump by hand, if not spinning freely replace pump.

He checked the brake? i wonder why.... sounds like u need some grease on the agitator shaft or possibly something else.

yes, check the drain, could be clogged, or check the water pump assembly as well, the clothe could be stuck in the impeller.

the burning smell could be coming from a separate electric water pump and it can not turn that is why it is burning already.

If you begin dissassembly from the tub down, you wil come to the transmission with the spindle sticking out of it. If you undo the bendable tabs all around the transmission it comes apart in two halves. Careful, its full of oil. The spindle has a plastic gear bolted to the bottom of it. It meshes with other gears in the tranny. It has sheered teath and is making the noise.
