I can hear other people but they can't hear me

I have an year-old B series H700 and an iphone 3G. It worked OK initially, but now, I can hear others, but they can't hear me. I have re-paired the phone without improvement. Is there a firmware update for the H700?
Can you Help with these Headsets problems?
