I need an exploed diagram of an Arqin RT200 right side (clutch) engine assembly

I'm assuming this is a manual transmission as automatics are much more complicated.
The safety switch is usually mounted behind the clutch pedal inside the vehicle.
An actual clutch assembly on a manual transmission is mostly a standard layout regardless of the vehicle make or model. Basically - Flywheel, friction plate, pressure plate and thrust bearing.
Changing a clutch is a BIG job and isn't really a job you can do on your drive. Some engines need to be tilted off the engine mounts to get the clutch bell housing off to get access. You also need to make sure the new friction plate is lined up correctly to avoid damaging the new clutch assembly.
I would suggest you pay a good mechanic to do it for you as they'll have all the tools to do it more easily.

There are multitudinous diagrams, your model, whatever it is (you didn't say) is likely to be there.

Have you checked it while it on the side stand? I had same problem when it is on the side stand. Put it away and try ;) If it does not syart try to syart it manually bumbstart on 2 gear

To install:
1. Position the fan on the drive clutch. Install the bolt and washer assemblies, then tighten to 12-17 ft. lbs. (16-24 Nm).

2. Position the fan drive clutch, fan assembly and fan shroud, then bolt the fan and clutch assembly to the water pump hub. Install and tighten the clutch retaining bolt and water pump assemblies evenly and alternately to 15-22 ft. lbs. (20-30 Nm) for the 3.8L engine or to 36-47 ft. lbs. (48-65 Nm) for the 5.0L engine.

3. Install the fan belt. Align the fan shroud and adjust for equal fan-to-shroud radiator clearance but maintaining a minimum of 0.38 inch clearance to the fan tip on 5.0L engines.

4. Install and tighten the shroud retaining screws. On 5.0L engines, snap the air deflector assembly to the sub-frame cross brace.

Pull the engine out of the frame. Remove the top end. Remove left and right side case covers. Remove the clutch, crank drive gear, shift shaft assembly, kick start assembly, water pump, rotor, stator base assembly, sprocket and miscellaneous other small items. Remove all case screws then split the case halves using a case splitter tool. Be sure to install new crank bearings and seals. I don't think I've ever seen a diagram of the routing of the clutch cable. The cable comes from the left handlebar to the frame. It runs down the left side of the frame, between the front engine mount on the frame and the engine. Along the lower frame tube on the right side of the bike and up to the bottom of the chrome clutch release housing on the right side of the transmission. I hope this helps. Good luck
