505 is the thermal limit.
Looks like this:
Hunt for junk and clean that out, then replace this fuse if it is bad.

See the white button to the right of the driver?
Thats the door switch, if open, that dryer won't run.

Ge dryer model dhdsr46

There should be two tabs on the back wall that look like metal strips. Those are the sensors and they rely on the clothes to touch them every so often to get and idea how moist they are. The sensor is most likely not the case. You should check the wires to it but it is probably the control board

Everything lights up, but won't start when start is button is pushed. Lights turn on when door is opened.

When starting the dbxr453gt GE dryer the drum turns fine, but the burner does not kick in to dry the clothes. The gas is connected, dryer is plugged in, all just as it was the last time it worked.

check the thermocouple, If the thermocouple is bad the burner won't ignite.

Hi, If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heatingthe most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glowssometimes it is still not working properly. if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip.... If you have an electric dryer, you can have many differentthings that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat. check outthis electric no heat tip...

if you not technicail dont try,,,unit needs to be plug in for some tests...warning,,to start im thinking unit runs but dont heat..chech your operating thermastat first ,,next check yiur hi limit thermestat..they should be closed,,if good check your ignitor there should be 110 present..
