I've had my PAC L90 for many years of good service. Now I need to empty the water once or twice a week.
It appears that the condensate recycling system no longer works.
Both hoses are vented to an outside window.
Is something broken or clogged?

It is saying FE with a triangle error, and won't turn on???

Actually, what you're seeing if "FL". It indicates that the water collection tank is full and needs to be emptied. Once that's accomplished the unit will operate again, as it should. Be sure to turn the unit OFF & unplug it, before draining the tank.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

I have a comfort aire pac-121 and the display is reading e4 and the ac is not working. i can't find a manual on line. How can I fix the problem? thanks andy

I have the same model, though several years old, and on mine E4 simply means the reservoir is full. Try emptying the reservoir tank and then turning the power on again. If the drain hose outlet isn't angled down, the water drains into the tank, which will need to be emptied regularly. (For constant use, may need to be emptied several times a day.)

The red light comes on as if the tank is full of water but its not draining to the exterior tank which is properly attached... I have even manually drained the interior tank from the back at the bottom......

Does the LCD display show a "tank" icon? If not, the pump will not be allowed to empty the water into the tank. This is because the sensor is not detecting the external tank. If the tank is not properly secured to the unit, the magnet is too far away from the sensor. If the tank is secured, try putting a strong neodymium magnet there to temporarily trick it.

What does it mean when it doesn't work & it says "fe"?

FE may actually be "FT" which means full tank. Refer to page 14.

Empty the internal safety tank, through the drain hoses. Refer to Page 16 on how to do that.

Blinking ft what do i do?

According to the manual, blinking Ft and some people think it is blinking FE, Means the internal tank is full. Empty through the drain hoses. Open the cover on the rear of the AC (it is located near the bottom of the unit) Pull out the two drain hoses, remove the caps and let the water flow out. Put caps back on and place hoses back inside.

Empty wateron DeLonghi Pinguino Pac L 90

That probably is Ft, meaning full tank. Look on the bottom of the back side, and there should be a small "hatch" that will open. The two small hoses in there are drain hoses that can be unplugged to drain the tank. They're right at the bottom, so if you have a way to raise the unit up a little that would let you drain the water into a container. Might be a good time to clean the filter too.

My AC is not cooling the air

Welcome to fixya.
I'm Huuum and happy to assist you,

You said, it is not blowing cool air after you emptied the tank.

Turn the unit off and unplug it for 5 minutes.............
Then back in with the plug and turn it on max cool.
Give it 5 or 10 minutes to get cold, and we will see if this procedure has reset the system.
Then get back to me and let me know it's working!

How old is the unit?

Please remember to leave a rating before you go!
Thank you Huuum
