Question about Watches
I have a Kenneth Cole watch, Battery #V364, Model #KC3568. The battery has gone out and I would like to know how to fix it and how much the cost will be. Please get back with me as soon as possible.
Take your watch to a reputable watch repair ( NOT A JEWELER) you should be able to find one in the phone book. The price (depending on where you live) should be between $8.95 and $12.95. Tell the store to CHECK your battery, NOT replace it at first because that is exactly what they will do , and sometimes it"s not the battery that is bad . You may a mechanical problem and when you change the battery, it will run good for about 3 weeks and than it will go back to having the same problems again and you've just waisted your money. If you have anymore question, please feel free to ask, I will be glad to help you. Good Luck!!
