Question about HP Color LaserJet 3500 Printer
I have printed out the event log page and it says density sensor out of range. I suspect this is why my printing is faint and the colors diplay incoorrectly.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Well, first off, are you using OEM or compatible cartridges? Compatibles are OK, just as long as they weren't rebuilt just by refilling. Secondly, you may want to check in the "Print Quailty" menu; here you will find info on increasing and decreasing the print density. Do you observe light printing over the entire page or just ceratin areas? How about certain colors? More to follow...............
