Replace Scan head mechanism(while scanning or copying there is a part called scan head moves right to left with light fails to move due to mechanism breakage). I had the same problem and fixed it by unplugging the cable that connects the power to the printer while it was running. I then plugged the cable to the printer in and it worked. I previously reinstalled the driver, but it didn't fixed the problem.

please try so file scan your mp4 maybe your mp4 got bad sector and he cant add songs in it... try scandisk

Check Virus.
Flash gone bad.
Usb is not Detecting and


for all above possibilities.

try flash on some other computer
if it detected by computer
scan it with a lattest virus remover.
otherwise your fash is no more....
