sounds like the bushes have gone in the motor... about £20 from your local appliance retailer/parts department! or the filter may be blocked... clear the filter but it will get messy so have towels at the ready a hosepipe would come in handy or move it outside if you feeling strong!!
to check the bushes locate the motor not sure of position on these but near to the bottom you will see wires going to plastic parts each side normaly held in by a screew, take a wire off each plug in and see if it runs...
There is a screwdriver that you may need to buy that has a retainer on it to hold the screw in place while you attempt to seat it in the hole. Here in the States we call the place to buy one of these the Hardware Store. There must be a store where you can explain the tool you need based upon my description.
After you replace the bushes for the machine you will want to replace the bushes for the motor as well. So, the motor will have to come off now or sooner than you realize. When one goes the other is soon to follow. So, while you have everything apart and are in the midst of it all you may as well do the motor while your at it.
I also assume you were able to manually move the machine and it is not seized by frozen bushings or bearings.
1, your pump may be blocked by fluff coins and other debris.
2. more likely bushes worn on the main motor not giving enough umphhh (loverly word) to go through a complete spin....Bushes easily replacable. Job start to finish with parts on hand a machine mechanic 10-15mins top Diy er like me an hour allways have trouble finding the right spanner... Good luck.
