Office Suite comes with a spread sheet. I am sure it can read Excel files, so go on line and find some sample budget excel files.

Hi!

Instead of MS Office suite you can use the fully free OPEN OFFICE.ORG.
Please google for openoffice.org and you will get to the download.
It is a suite similar to MS Office, fully compatible with the MS file formats.
It containg among other programs the IMPRESS software similar to POWERPOINT. It offers even more features than POWERPOINT, example: making PDF from presentations.

Hope it helped,

Hi i purchase an acer laptop a week ago and cant get a product key for microsoft

Usually the software on a new computer is a trial and after the trial period will stop working ,what you will have to do is buy the program and install the key from what you had if you don't want to pay the 2-3 hundred dollars there are alternate programs that will do the same things for free
http://www.thewindowsclub.com/kingsoft-office-suite-2012-free-microsoft-office-alternative-windows

and another one is Open Office

How to download a microsoft words xp

If you just want to read Word-format documents when you don't have Office or Word on your computer, Microsoft has a Word viewer you can download here.

The same page has a link so you can download a trial version of the Office suite, but you have to buy it to keep using it after 30 days. Buying the program is the only way to get a copy of Office that will be guaranteed to work properly. You can also find Office at retail stores and from many online sellers. Just be careful of the sites offering very low prices on downloaded versions of software. Most of these are ripoffs, selling pirated copies that may not activate or work.

A free alternative to MS Office is OpenOffice. It gives you word processing, presentation, database, spreadsheet and graphic programs, and can read and write many formats (including Microsoft's docx). And I know I'm repeating myself, but it's completely free, which is a good deal.

Free download microsoft word 2010

MS Office is NOT a free program. If you are looking for a free office suite program you can download a program by the name of Open Office at http://www.openoffice.org It works very much the same as Microsoft Office and you can use it to open documents created in MS Office and save documents in MS Office format..

How to put microsoft word on my computer dont have it on my computer do i need to buy it..

Yes, you need to buy the Microsoft Office suite if you want to use Microsoft Word.
If this is for a Dell computer however your Software disc may have a copy of it on it.

Also if you are just looking for a program that can handle .DOC files and has similar features to Microsoft Word then I'd recommend a free Open-Source alternative:

Open Office

The Word like program in it is very similar to Word and can use the same filetype.

Did this help you? Don't forget to leave me a good vote and or positive review if so! :)

Hi,

The key that is on the bottom of your computer is the key you would need if you need to reinstall your operating system.

Most computers only have a 60 day trial version of Office installed on them, unless you paid for the program when you purchased it. To get the full Office program you will need to go to use a link provided on your trial version, or got to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to download it from Microsoft, or purchase it from a store that carries it.

One note: Should you buy the program, either through a download or from a store, you should uninstall the trial version on your computer. This will prevent possible conflicts.

Thanks for using Fixya.

PS. There is a program called Open Office that is free that can handle most, if not all, Office documents. It can be downloaded from www.openoffice.org Just thought I would let you know.

I wanna dwnlod ms ofic ..pls hlp me

In order to use Microsoft Office you have to buy a license. You can always download a limited time trial. Trial programs contain the same functionality that you get when you buy the perpetual versions. If you don?t want to pay for a license, you can use OpenOffice, the leading open-source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. It is available in many languages and works on all common computers. Great software, same functionalities as Microsoft Office, easy to use, and it?s free: http://www.openoffice.org/

Hi,

To uninstall the Office suite do the following:
  • Click Start
  • Go to Control Panel
  • Open Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features (for Windows 7)
  • Choose Microsoft Office in the list and click on uninstall
The uninstaller will then run. Just follow the instructions. When the uninstaller is finished your Office suite will be uninstalled.

Hope this helps!!!

Microsoft Office Suite 2008

Do a "Complete" install - the next screen should give you the chance to select the items that you want to have installed on the computer.

Click on each one that you DO NOT want - select "Entire feature will be unavailable" - and leave Word alone.

Continue the Install process and only Word will be installed.

Good luck.
