Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need a 25-character product for microsoft 2007

Yes you do. Suggest use Magic JellyBean Keyfinder, and find the original product key code for the MS Office 2007 that was installed on your computer,

http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

Be aware that what you have may be a trial version. Expires after 30(?) days.

It is illegal to post a product key for MS Office. (Because in essence you would be stealing the software if you got a product key, illegally)

The product key code is installed on your computer, when MS Office is installed. What really happens is a hash value is assigned to your computer, that matches that product key.

It can't be duplicated,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hash_value

I would suggest you use OpenOffice instead.

1) Anything generated on a computer with MS Office, can be used on a computer with OpenOffice on it.

2) Anything generated on a computer with OpenOffice, can be used on a computer with MS Office.

3) IMHO there is No learning curve. The user interface is VERY similar to MS Office.

4) IT IS FREE

It is Open Source software.

2) Anything generated on a computer with MS Office, can be used on a computer with OpenOffice.

3) There is no 'learning curve'. The user interface of OpenOffice looks VERY close to MS Office.

4) It is F-R-E-E

(Told MS Office to....um, well..........and have been using OpenOffice since. More than 3 years ago. Tired of MS Office 'parlor tricks', and losing saved documents, (Try 3 years of tax papers)

Am I proficient with using an office program? Nope. Admit it. I am a computer hardware geek.
Still stand by OpenOffice though, because those who ARE proficient, say it is GOOD.

Just my 2cents, John.

I want to install MS Word 2007

Friend,
It is not possible to use the free MS Office that comes with the new laptops/pcs beyond the 60 days trial period. So, I would recommend you download the free Open Office Suite from www.openoffice.org. Besides being free it is compatible with MS Office. And is available for all platforms, Windows, mac and Linux.
Cheers.

I got a new vista laptop and the microsoft office on it keeps asking me for a product key. Ive tried a couple different ones but its not working. I was wondering if you could help me out. Thanks

Actually, when you are buying new laptop, they will give your original operating system ( Vista) and MS office for Evaluation version for 60 days or 90 day, so you have to purchase the office version. Then only you can fix the issue.

Microsft word locked and wont let me type anything

MS Office and Word is not a free program. If you downloaded it with a key then you commited piracy. don't worry not yelling at you about it just making you aware of it. Mostlikely the key was locked out by Microsoft and your computer updated Office then found the key is not genuine or is locked and then stopped your use.

i would suggest openoffice.org foudn at www.openoffice.org it is free to use and will open most other application files like Word, Excel, Access, Dbase, Lotus, Wordperfect and more.
