I had the same problem while trying to delete video off of the camera's hard drive using the VideoCam Suite software. I never could figure out how to do it using the software. However, you can delete scenes from the hard disk directly in the camcorder using the menu. For instructions, see page 59 of the manual for this camcorder at http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANP...
