Connect your PSP to computer using a USB cable that came with your PSP. After you did that, On the PSP, click the "USB Connection" button (on the Settings menu).
You will see that the computer recognized it if you go to "My Computer". From there you can see what is on your memory stick, copy it, delete it and so on..

Hope that helps.........

There are 4 thing that you can try...

1. Go to: Settings> System Settings> USB charge and set it to Off.

2. Go to Settings> System Settings> Restore default settings> and say "Yes".

3. Go to Settings> System Settings> Format Memory Stick and say "Yes". (NOTE: This will delete everything off of your Memory Stick, and I would probably do this one last if the other ones don't work.)

4. (You should also try this last) Restart your computer

And if all fails... chances are, that either your computer's USB drives aren't working properly, (And you will need to get those fixed.), your PSP's USB intake is screwed(That can also be fixed, but you have to send it to Sony) or your USB cable is screwed(You can just buy a new one, as long as it fits in the PSP)

I want to put music, Movies, and videos on the PSP and dont know how. I want to put my things in my iTunes on the PSP. Can I do that and if so how?

I am not sure how to put them on from iTunes. But to put things on the PSP you need a memory card and either a USB cord to connect the PSP to the USB port in your computer or a SD card reader in your computer. After you have done either of those, you have to plug in either the PSP (with the memory card inserted in the PSP) or the memory card in SD card reader. Once you have done this, a screen should pop up on your computer, asking you how to open the files on the memory card or PSP. Select the one where the picture is a folder (should say browse) and open up the memory card folder. Open up the folder in your computer with the desired files. Highlight the files, right-click on the mouse and select Copy. Then go back to the memory card folder and right click on an open spot and select Paste. This should copy the files over, but, even though they copy over, that does not mean you can acess them through the PSP. That I know of, Microsoft Word files cannot be acessed through the PSP. That seems to be one of the only files unable to be used with the PSP.

Dont know how to download pictures

You can do it one of 3 ways.
1- Use the sony media manager and connect to your computer using usb cord. Sony Media manager found here- http://www.us.playstation.com/psn/mediamanager?LC-lps&FTTR=PSP_mediamanager_bottomleft_mediamanagerdetailpage
2- Connect PSP to computer using USB cord, then go under my computer, and select the psp memory card(whatever its called). Then make a folder titled "PICTURE", and drag pics from your computer into your folder.
3- Over the internet on your psp. Go find an image on internet, put cursor over it, then click triangle. Go to file, then save image. That will download the image to your psp memory card

Try checking if the lens is actually moving. If it isn't like i said before to someone else it might be that the lens is locked up and it needs a slight banging to unlock it and make it move. (Dont' worry i've done this before and when i say slight i mean hitting it against your hand not the wall or the floor or some wooden board lol) If that doesn't work I would suggest sending it to sony who if you have warranty would repair for free and if not then you have to pay a little bit of money and upgrade again once they send it back.
