If you are seeing vertical streaks/black lines your primary corona wire is dirty and or the fax scanner may be dirty. 1)To clean the corona wire you take the drum unit and toner cartridge and place it on disposable paper to avoid spilling. 2) Clean the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the blue tab from right to left several times. 3) Return the blue tab and snap it into the home position. 4) Reinstall the drum unit and toner cartridge. 5) Close the front cover. Caution: if you do not return the blue tab to the home position it may repeat the black lines.
First try printing a few pages to try and clean the drum unit. If the problem is not solved after printing a few pages, the drum unit may have glue from a label stuck on the drum surface.

If you are still ghosting after replacing the drum (especially multiple times), it shounds like you need to have the high-voltage power supply PCB (HVPS PCB) MSRP is $43.38
No matter how little or how much you print, mostly depending on the type of paper used and the environment, this part can go out.
Have you tried cleaning the corona wire on the drum unit (the blue slider bit)?
Replace the drum unit (assuming you have already replaced the toner cart?)
To check the remaining drum life press the go button 3 times. A report should print out with the info on. Even though you may have some remaining life, the drum can fail early.
If the dots/marks are repeating about 3 times down the page it is almost certainly the drum unit that has the problem.
How do I clean white or black spots on printed documents?
Description:First make 10 to 15 copies of a blank, white sheet of paper.
If you still see the spots on printed documents after making multiple copies, clean the drum unit as follows:
Remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly, and then remove the toner cartridge from the drum unit.
Position
the print sample in front of the drum unit so you will know the exact
position on the drum that is causing the poor print.
Turn the black gear on the drum as you check the surface of the OPC drum.
The OPC drum is photosensitive so do not touch it with your fingers.
When
you find the substance on the drum surface that matches the print
sample, gently dab the surface of the OPC drum with a cotton swab that
is lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
Note
Do not use a scrubbing or wiping motion because this might damage the drum.
Do not try to clean the surface of the OPC drum with a sharp
object, such as a ball-point pen, because this might cause permanent
damage to the drum unit.
If the print quality still has not improved you need to install a new drum.
Funny, I had the same thing. I took out the drum unit and removed the carrtridge, then slowly turned the drum, using the gear wheels at the end. Eventually I noticed a pale dot on thge surface of the drum, just about where the dots were appearing on the page. I sprayed some general-purpose (keyboard-type) cleaner onto a paper towel and carefully cleaned the drum surface, although the dot I removed very carefully with a fingernail - the cleaning fluid had softened it. So far it is printing OK, so I guess something is getting deposited on the drum, which will need to be cleaned periodically,
do this procedure 1.print test page then stop the printer on the middle print proses by turn the printer of or open the rear cover 2.remove the paper jam carefully 3.look to the paper if the problem found change the drum unit els the fusser unit cause the problem
You need to clean your drum unit:
