I have got a Jabra BT620s and connected it with usb to Windows 7 64 bit pc. The drivers automaticly were installed and ready to use. But there is no sound trough the headset, only trough the speakers. When I right-click on the Realtac symbol in my taskbar than my headset is not showing up. When I try it with blue soleil bluetooth than it won't work eather. Blue soleil can't find my headset. Please can you help me with this? Regards from Elsy (Netherlands)

Disconnect the divice uninstall the driver restart the laptop and then reinstall the driver again restart the laptop then connect the device it works.

This should be pretty easy to fix. I have seen this many times before. Here's what to do:

Go into device manager and expand 'universal serial bus controllers'.

Start at the very bottom, and start deleting the usb root hubs one by one. You will lose your touchpad control at some point, as the touchpad is actually a usb device. One of thwo things will happen.

1. The usb hubs will automatically be re-detected and re-installed.
2. You will just lose touchpad control after deleting one of the root hubs. If this happens, then shut down using the power button, and restart. Th usb hubs will be reinstalled once you log back into windows. Please let me know if this doesn't fix it.

Turn the product on.

Windows Update searches online for the most recent product driver on the Windows Update site. If the online driver is more recent than the driver stored in Windows 7, the computer downloads and installs the updated driver.The Windows Update process takes place automatically. Therefore, you might not notice that the process is in progress.
A Your devices are ready to use window might display on the screen. If the window displays and does not close automatically, click Close ( ), to close the window.


The basic driver in Windows 7 is enough for printing from a software program, scanning documents, and importing and viewing images on a memory card. Also, using your All-in-One product, you can fax a printed page.

NOTE: not all features will be available if you use the basic Windows 7 drivers

I had a problem with the drivers for W7 32 bit, maybe it's the same problem:

I found out that this is because the wrong drivers are installed.

When you install the suunto software the usb drivers are stored under C:\Program Files\Suunto\USBDriver. This contains more than one driverset. See if you can find this.


Then go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers and find your Suunto device. You probably have only one device and will miss Suunto Usb Serial Port.

Now open the deve and change the drivers, via manually select . Select browse and go to C:\Program Files\Suunto\USBDriver. Press Enter. The program will see that there is more than one driver set and offers you a choice.

Previously it has automatically selected the newest one, which unfortunately did not work in my case. Select the oldest set and the program will install the drivers,

Now you will see in Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices that you have 2 devices suunto pc pod and suunto usb serial port. And the program will run and be able to connect to the watch

Brother has not released a printer driver specifically for Windows 7 and this model. You can however use a basic printer driver if the Windows Update feature of your operating system is set to "automatic:"

To set Windows Update to automatic, perform the following: (if you know it already is set to automatic, you may skip these steps)

1) Click "Windows Icon" (Start button) on taskbar

2) From the "Search Programs and Files" box type "change device installation" and start search

3) Click "Change device installation settings" - the Device Installation Settings window opens

4) If it is not already selected, select "Yes, do this automatically (recommended)"

5) Click "Save changes"

Now you are ready to have Windows search for and install the generic printer driver for your model. Your computer must be connected to the internet in order to complete this installation.

Note: If you have previously connected the USB cable, disconnect it from the computer and printer for now.

2) Now connect the USB cable to the back of the printer, then to a USB port on the back of your computer (not to a USB hub or keyboard port)

I had this same problem with my sony vaio (vista). But at first for me, after BT enabled the device, I couldnt find it in the device manager. I cycled on and off the headset a couple of times and once my vaio began to automatically connect the device, I was able to locate it in the device manager. Next, I went through the contol panel, hardware/sound, "manage audio devices". Here the bluetooth headset was located. After sucessfully testing the headset, I set it to default. Now whenever I fire up the headset, I have total mobile sound...awesome

• At your computer Right click on the Bluetooth icon on the task bar.
• Select “Explore my Bluetooth places”.
• Click on “View devices in range” to see all available devices.
• Right click on the Jabra BT620s and select “Pair device”.
• Enter the four digit passkey: 0000 (4 zeros).
• Right click on the Jabra BT620s and select “connect”.
• The connection will be established automatically, otherwise if the Jabra BT620s is ringing,
press the answer/end button to confirm the connection.
