My Logitech mouse's scroll wont work. How do i get it to work? My mouse model is M215. Please respond ASAP.

go to control pane; , mouse , properties and change button operation--apply and ok

Remove the receiver and insert into different port
Check the drivers once again

Try out MS Fixit. Use IE (Chrome did not filter correctly). SelectWindows. Use USB as the filter.
There should be 2 executables (test these) and maybe some other solution. This a fairly new and dynamic site, so a little feed back would be great.

Without the dongle, the mouse cannot communicate with the computer. Only logitech produce a dongle with the correct signal to connect to the mouse.

So either order a replacement dongle from logitech or buy a 2nd identical cordless mouse set and keep one mouse as a spare, in case the first one is dropped, becomes faulty or gets lost or temporarily mislaid.

this situation probably effect of Virus, where the driver be delete by virus. you can install again your Mouse driver from CD by Include from Store.

The Logitech Wireless Mouse M215 is plug-n-pplay. You just have to connect the transceiver o the USB port of the laptop.
