Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T9 Digital Camera
A motor runs continuously when the camera is switched on. The camera still takes pictures, but the quality is variable. I cannot tell if it is the zoom motor or another motor making the noise.
The magnification motor cannot find its home position at this time, causing a erratic operation, soon enough the motor will wear up and would cause you more damaged. you need to take this to repair center and either clean the sensor or replace the home positioning sensor
