There are twi different reference we use to condor router. They are as follows:
I am not sure which reference you were speaking, but these them!!

A parallel switchbox router PARA-CONDOR
Watanabe, T.; Oda, T.; Onaga, K.
Circuits and Systems, 1990., IEEE International Symposium on
Volume , Issue , 1-3 May 1990 Page(s):2601 - 2604 vol.4
Digital Object Identifier 10.1109/ISCAS.1990.112541

Summary:A parallel switchbox router, called PARA-CONDOR, that runs an array of processors controlled by a host computer is proposed. Parallelization of congestion cost directedness distinguishes PARA-CONDOR from other parallel routers. The routing algorithm is based on congestion costs assigned on vertices: it finds a solution by iteration of searching paths of minimum total congestion costs between pairs of actual or virtual terminals, forming nets by assigning them one by one to each pair of terminals, and then correcting congestion costs for the resolution of bottlenecks (or conflicts) in path assignment

5.6 The Condor Job Router
The condor_ job_router daemon allows you to specify a policy for routing vanilla universe jobs to one or more grid sites, through any of the grid protocols supported by Condor (e.g. gt2, gt4, Condor-C). The idea is to do as little scheduling in advance as possible and to only feed jobs to the sites as they consume them. Meanwhile, the jobs waiting to be routed are ordinary vanilla universe jobs, so they may run in the local Condor pool or in other pools via flocking. Except for having your excess jobs queue up in the vanilla universe job queue, you can get a similar effect by submitting all of your jobs as grid universe jobs and using Condor-G matchmaking. However, the router adds some additional convenience features: tracking of aggregate job states for use in routing policy, MaxIdleJobs, and blackhole throttling. The condor_ job_router daemon is most appropriate for high throughput work flows, where you have many more jobs than computers and you just want to keep as many of the computers busy as possible. It is less suitable for a situation where you have a small number of jobs and you need a scheduler to choose the best place to run the jobs in order to finish them as quickly as possible. The JobRouter doesn't know which site will run your jobs faster, but it can decide whether to send more jobs to a site based on whether jobs already submitted to that site are sitting idle or not and whether you have experienced a lot of recent job failures at that site.

My proxy is not functioning...i just want to know what are the programs or any software can fix it...can you help me please?

proxy... this is not a 'service/program' that end users can work with or fix. hell 80%+ of the globe don't even know what it is...
how do you know it's broken? or have you jumbled a word out of context here?
your Router (wifi point if you will); does not perform Proxy features; your internet provider might do... so if you genuinely do mean "Proxy"; then speak to your internet service provider on this issue.

I want my psp to be browesing in nigeria

Psp's require high quality connections in order to function properly online. i don't mean to sound harsh, but judging from an internet traffic map, all of africa (except for south africa) has little to no internet capability, meaning that you would have to find the most technologically advanced place in nigeria and hope thay have a decent wireless connection.

Why i cant get connected to my yahoo site?

It looks like to me that you are not able to access internet. the issue is that you are not able to access any website not only yahoo site.

follow these steps to fix it:-

1.Got to start>>all programmes>>accessories>>command prompt>>now lets type here

ping www.yahoo.com>>are you getting reply reply........then packet sent 4 received 4 loss 0

that means you an internet connection the problem is with Internet Explorer.

now we need to reset the internet explorer>>go to start>>run>>type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter>>it pop the internet properties box>>click on advance tab >>then click reset on bottom left hand side>>then hit reset again>hit close

now reopen internet explorer>>go to address bar on top>>make it empty>>type www.yahoo.com>>hit enter>>are you yahoo now

if you are getting yahoo.........the You have internet now.

3.when we type ping www.yahoo.com and if you are getting request timed out that means you don''t have internet connection.

for this go to again command prompt box again and type ipconfig>>hit enter>>now check if you have any ip address like 192.168.0.1 etc.

if you have ip address that means cable connected properly but no internet and in that case try to call your ISP as well once.

let me know it has helpful.

Hello sir/madam i have problem with D-link router i never change password but now i can not log in the old password why?

Hi do you mean log in to change routers settings or connect to the network which is broadcast by router. If you mean first log in to router settings etc. If your old password don't work you should find a reset button somewhere on router if you press it it will take router to default settings and you can use default user name and password to log in. If you mean connecting to the network you should go to the settings of your router connect to the router by network cable and put 198.162.1.1 in your internet browser put your username and password (which you can find in manual or on internet (just google "D-Link DI-624M Router default username password) and check what password is and change if you like. You should find it in wireless----> security settings. Good luck and please don't forget to let me know if that was any helpful.

Hi my name is Sherry ... i am a member in your company TEdata but my internet is not working ... it tells me that there is no internet access and the lamp of sync in the router is not enlightening ... and...

If sync LED is not on it can ONLY mean that there's a problem with the internet infrastructure at your place!
First, make sure you have microfilters connected to all phone points in your place. It reduces the "noise" on the phone cables, which - if not reduced, can make sync problems!
If you already have these microfilters connected, contact TEdata tech. support to determine what is the exact problem. In some cases, reconfiguring some stuff at their center (by them of course) solve it all!

Hope I helped,
Pelu.

Connected to Linksys Wireless G ok, laptop rebuilt, now can't connect

I'm a little confused about the status of your network adapter. Can you check to make sure your wireless network adapter(s) (wireless and physical) are set to "Obtain an IP Address Automatically" and to "Obtian DNS Automatically".

After this can you reconnect to the wireless network? Try the internet. If the internet still doesn't come up flush your temp files, close the browser and retry the internet. If it's still a no see below:

If so, can you try and do some simple "ping" diagnostics?

Open a command prompt:

1. Click on the START MENU and select RUN
2. Type in: cmd
3. Click OK
4. Type in >ping <ip address of wireless router>
Example: >ping 192.168.1.1
5. If your results are 4 "request timed out" then you have not established a wireless link yet. I would try and do a factory reset of the router and start over from scratch. A factory reset can be done by simply holding the "RESET" button on the back of the router for about 20-30 seconds.
6. If your results are 4 replies then you can run the next test.
7. Type in >ping 4.2.2.2
8. 4.2.2.2 = a public DNS server. If you get replies then your are on the internet, but it appears that name resolution is a problem. All this means is that when you try to go to www.google.com the DNS server that you should be contacted to find your way isn't able to tell you what the actual IP address is of www.google.com and so you go nowhere.
9. Provided you're set as a DHCP client (meaning your network adapter is set to "Obtain an IP address and DNS automatically" it means your wireless router (if it's the DHCP server - this is the default configuration) is giving you the wrong information for DNS.
10. I would contact your ISP for the correct DNS servers and make sure they are configured properly on the Router.
11. You can see what DNS servers you are actually getting from the Router if you run the following command from a command line: ipconfig /all

Hope this is helpfull.

Let me know if I can help any more.
