Camera assistant software not working (by 2 users)

Everytime I try clicking on my webcam it says cannot open file corona\start_bg.bmp . How do I fix this or get that file back. Do I have to uninstall the camera assistant software and reinstall it? If so, how would I do that? I recently downloaded Skype and also want the Web Cam (Chicony Camera Assistant Software) in lid of my Toshiba Laptop (P205-S6267) ... to turn on.

The Icon for this Web Cam is in my Task bar, however I can not find any mention of it among my list of downloaded programs.

I am unsure re. which model of Web Cam, I have. Could this be the model #?? UVC 1.7.115.0213

Shar I turn on the program for my camera, and all I get is Graph Render Fail, what am I supposed to do to make my darn camera work? I tried finding help on the site, but it's useless, nothing for troubleshooting. The day I got the PC, the camera worked fine and everything, and today, nothing... Can someone help me? The built in web camera vision and all extra's work's fine
But I have no Audio
When I go to the web cam pop up screen and settings then Audio then Audio output then Audio device it is shows blank
Then when I go to the help file it shows I should have ( Vinyl AC'97 Audio (wave) showing
