After registering for free you can download the full owners manual and other technical documentation from the Toyota Owners Website. Here the link. Register on Toyota site and get the owners manual for your Rav4. The model is 2004/2006 Rav4.

Note, this isn't EXACTLY your product. This is model 80525000, but it should be EXTREMELY close, close enough that they didn't feel the need to make another owner's manual for your exact product. You should be able to extrapolate any differences.
You can get one straight from Nikon's website. They call it a 'user's manual' rather than an 'owner's manual' which could be why you didn't find it. Anyway go here, and choose your printable version (as an owner) or a non-printable one.
