No Picture on the Screen

Firstly disconnect all the cables from the monitor if connected any, in short monitor should not be connected to any devices. Then press and hold the power button of the monitor for 15 secs and release it. Then try to check it. If still no picture, then try to connect it with another monitor. If still no pic, however you are able to see"no video cable" displqayed on the monitor when its not connected to any devices then the monitor is fine, may be your graphic card on your computer is bad or not working. Please get it checked. Thanks

My monitor turns on and says signal is ok, but then is states to check the pc signal, what happened?

Make sure your monitor cable is secure on both sides. If you cannot secure it, see if you can straighten it and if a picture comes on.

If that does not produce a picture, can you connect the monitor to another machine? Does it produce a picture? If it does, we know that the problem is with the computer.

Can you put another monitor on the machine? If so, we have something with drivers/sync speeds. If not, we likely have a bad video card.

Hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help? Friend your problem focusses on to hardware. first try to check your video card clean or change then after try to use the monitor.if it still appears the same. 2nd try to use your monitor in other pc.if still appears. the problem is your monitor. if you knew somebody around that could fix tv or appliances let him see your monitor.there maybe one of the capacitor in the monitor that is damage or burn out.let him change it. so that it will work again in condition. good luck.
