Question about LG Televison & Video
I have a new LG Plasma TV and recently hooked it up to FoxTel
Australia's cable tv service. The cables from the cable box plug into
the tv's red/white/yellow AV input sockets.
I now have a strong, low-frequency buzzing everytime I watch cable, and does not go away regardless of whether I use AV1 or AV2 red/white/yellow sockets. I get no buzzing from either regular antennae tv (free to air) or DVD player. It this likely something wrong with the tv (it's two months old) or has anyone ever heard of a cable signal delivering a low frequency buzzing. thanks
Problem is probably with your cable box as you have confirmed that the set is working by using the dvd player, that is unless you have a bad cable for the cable box.

Usually that is an indication of a faulty ground with the incoming cable. contact cable repair.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
