Are these emails in a folder? Do they show up in the web client for your email? Is there a pattern in the emails that are hidden? What email service (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, corporate email, etc) are you using through Incredimail?

My p/c was reset recently and I just downloaded incredimail what do I do now? am 87 yrs of age, so please help

Remember, you can return to this page via your link in your email. (You must have an email account to be here, I suspect.)

Incredimail requires some setting up. I can supply you with a page offering instructions on setting it up to receive Gmail. However, those instructions get to be a bit technical.

I simply use Gmail (Google Mail) which I access from my browser. It only required I sign up, choose a password and user name, write those down and go back to the sign in page when I want to access it. If you wnat to use Incredimail, setup your Gmail account first. Write down password, user name and gmail address on paper. Then launch (might as well take a look at the links below first) Incredimail and follow the below:

If those instructions are not enough, here is an extensive guide from Wikihow:

How to Access Gmail in Incredimail Desktop

And here is help on using Incredimail itself.

Have incredimail on computer but unable to transfer to ipad

You won't be able to do so with Incredimail.

I recommend using iTunes to sync emails-- or you could set up your email on your iPad by going into your Settings > Email, Contacts and Calendars, then tap on add account.

Hope this helps!

I downloaded incredimail, now all my mail goes there instead of gmail. If I uninstall incredimail will everything go back to gmail? Thanks for the help.

Hi,
This happened to my parents, I'm just going to try to phone them and fix it. I have seen online that your mails are still in google, but they were probably moved out of the inbox when Incredimail accessed the pop server using your gmail password.

You can find your emails in All Mail in gmail, if you check mark them and click 'move to inbox' they'll be back.

What is worrying is how that damned incredimail found the passwords, they are probably in a folder in the google folder in AppData.

I have seen online that the same incredimail also downloads web extensions/plugins that try to direct your searches, and also lots of adware.

It surprises me that anyone views it as legitimate software. Especially the way it downloads itself when someone is only trying to download things like emoticons, the way it then surreptitiously searches your computer and finds passwords to other email accounts, and then logs itself onto the pop server without any user permission.

I am not even sure how it changes Gmail settings to move mail out of your inbox. It may actually send your password to a server somewhere which logs onto your gmail account and changes settings.

It may do the same with hotmail, yahoo, msn email accounts.
