I can't print from the computer. when I toubleshoot it says i'm not cnnected

Check your internet connection first, does it has the internet access?

goto manufactures website look up wire dia.that you need and start toubleshooting from there.

check tosee that usb port is cnnected properly download needed drives

May your kickback bar is engaged, shove it forward.

you will have to install drivers of your china mobile on your computer then you can access but . i think chinees mobile dont have drivers.
