Want to uninstall Iris Card Pro 4 from computer

re read instruction manual

try this...
1. download the updated driver
2. go to the device manager then uninstall the wireless driver
3. restart your computer then reinstall the driver
4. restart your computer for the last time and the driver will be installed properly

Try uninstalling first display adapter that is currently installed form your device manager...how?...
1. On My Computer, right click and select properties.
2. Select Hardware tab, and click Device Manager.
3. On the list of device manager, click View menu and select Devices by type
4. Double click Display Adapters, to display the list of connected graphics adapter.
5. Disable the graphics adapter listed, by right clicking of the file name and select uninstall.
6. Now close any program and shutdown your computer..
7 Connect your video card to the motherboard and turn on your computer. Your computer will run its Add New Hardware Device , just be ready with your driver files..

I hope that will make your video card work with your motherboard

Your audio card may have died or you updated the sound driver in which case you will have to uninstall the driver and reboot the computer.

have you installed the driver for that specific ATI card? You can find the driver at http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/radeonaiw_xp.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.10&lang=English.

ALSO READ THE MANUAL TO KNOW THAT YOUR SCANNER IS COMPATIBLE FIRST WITH YOUR OS or OPERATING SYSTEM, IT REQUIRES ON IT. AFTER THIS INSTRUCTION YOU MAY RUN YOU SCANNER PROPERLY... GOOD LUCK!

You must uninstall the current driver and reinstall the driver for the 9800 Pro first:

Power supply recommended is 300watt for each, so that is not a factor. It would have to be a driver conflict.

a penlight shined into zoomed back lens - shows if iris is open ( ccd looks like a small xmas tree scene , deep in center ) : if iris is stuck closed , a thorough lens cleaning should restore camera video - if iris is open , the ccd may be or already has failed ;
