Need operating manual for Ricoh Fax 2210L - Ricoh FAX2210L Plain Paper Laser

The error message means you have received an fax but there were problems because of poor line condiotions. Ask to resend. Here is lonk to manual.

Ricoh no longer supports the 1900L, so you can't get the manual from their website. Other sites like Retrevo.com don't seem to have it either. You can view the product brochure here:

If the tonner has gone old please take it out and shake if for atleast 2 to 3 minutes before putting it back and takng printouts. The issue would resolve but its a temporariy fix as you would require to change the tonner .

box, highlight 3310LE, click "Go".
Download both manuals.
In the Advanced manual, page 84, shows the
settings to turn off or on memory or immediate
transmission result reports.

Go to the Ricoh site at the following link and under "facsimile", download the Fax 2000L manual, it's virtually identical. I don't know why they don't have the Fax 2050 version, as it is slightly more recent model, but anyway, this should work for you:

To change the date and time on a Ricoh 3800L:

Press the Function key, 6222291, Yes. When the date appears, use the asterisk (*) and pound sign (#) to change the month and to change AM or PM, and use the keypad to change the date, month, and time.

Press Yes Function when you've got it set and want to save it.
