Question about T-Mobile Sidekick® 3 Cellular Phone
I bought a sidekick 3 and planned to use it on the at&t network with an at&t prepaid sim card. i know it works, ive seen it done, thats not what im asking. what im asking is how can i reset everything on the phone? like when it asks for the sim unlock code the correct code is the one he created but he won't message me back to tell me anything. the phone is programmed around his sim card i guess and even when i do a network search like your supposed to in order for it to choose your carrier, it picks up my at&t sim but says it can't connect. Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong or what to ask about when calling customer care? thanks!
I had the same problem with the sidekick i bought off of ebay , when you cal customer care just tell them you got it off ebay and you need the old users information deleted, they will give you step by step instructions on how to do so. Remember to not call on your sidekick becasue you will have to restart the phone.
