1978 bonair tent trailer has a 110 plus 12 volt system but wires were cut from coverter. I would like a drawing of how to reconnect wiring system

Building their first recreational trailers in 1983, Bonair offered a wide range of small to medium-sized products. Bonair concluded production of recreational vehicles after the 1999 model year.
It will be difficult to find manuals for legacy RVs. Try an online enthusiast forum.

1998 Thor Wanderer travel trailer. Has no breakers or fuses. How can I find out what to install?

You have a main breaker in the panel, most often 30 amps. (Possibly 50, depending on your hookup. If your cord you plug in outside has 3 prongs it's 30 and 4 prongs it's 50) then you have a 20 amp breaker for your air conditioning and a 15 amp for your microwave or outlets. As far as fuses go, usually you have a 30 or 40 for the main converter fuse(s) and then mostly all 15's in all the other slots.

I have a Bonair 600 tent trailer furnace will not start with new battery but will work if pluged in

Check fuse, check 12 volt wiring, may have to replace board. Look close connections may be corroded.

Tent trailer

First of all clean the jacks very thoroughly. If they are really dirty, tap gently with a hammer to release sand and dirt, hose thoroughly, repeat. Lubricate every part of the jack with lots of wd40. Check that the part of the jack that extends down has been fully released and pushed up into the upper portion of the jack. Then grasp the jack with both hands and tug it down. While the jack is pulled down, swing it up under the trailer until it clicks into place.

No power to control panel

Look around the rear of the Range for a long black cord.. on the end of that cord should be a plug that fits into a standard 120 volt household power outlet.
Grasp firmly the plug end, line up the flat and round prongs with the like holes in the household outlet, and insert the plug into the outlet.
In the unused portion of the outlet, plug in something simple like a lamp or any portable kitchen appliance just to test the power is working.
Your Range Control Panel & Display should now light up, and maybe beep once or twice to confirm it's working.

1998 komfort 5th wheel electical problem

i am not certin that i have ever encountered a situation that has 2 outside power input plugs, the situation is that your trailer is wired for a 50 amp service, this service has a plug that has 4 connection points and is set up for a 220 volt supply, the only reason for this situation is that some one modified the power input to your trailer , the solution is to eliminate one of the 30 amp power supply connections and in the fuse panel bridge the 2 hot side supply rails, or better yet restore the power connection to the 50 amp service cable and purchase a 50 amp to 30 amp power adapter cable

I have a coleman powermate 6250 generator with a 4prong 220v female plug on the power panel. My travel trailer has a 3 prong male plug. How can I convert my generator or is there an adapter that I can...

You do not want to convert anything to a 220 v connection !!!! Your RV is 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC.
Use a 30amp female to 15 amp male adapter to plug in to regular household receptacle on generator. Available at hardware store and RV stores.

Is a Hampton Bay HBD240A window A/C 120v or 240v?

I have never seen a 240-volt window A/C unit for the U.S. market. So, my guess is it's 120 volt.

The best way to verify this is to read the name-plate on the unit.

Another way is to look at the plug on the unit's cord. There are at least three types of plugs :: 120 volt, 15 amp; 120 volt 20 amp; and 220 volt. 120 volt 15-amp will fit a standard household wall outlet. The 120 volt 20 amp plug is similar to a 120 volt 15 amp, but will not plug inot a standard household outlet. The 220 volt plug is altoghether different.

Interior lights, appliances work fine when plugged

Check for a faulty inline fuse or circuit breaker at harness attached at front of trailer. Follow positive wire back to trailer.

My 2001 chevy tahoe, on the 7 pin trailer plug, doesn't have power to the brake pin

If it's a factory outlet then you need to add a 30 amp fuse to the fuse panel under the hood, there is currently a red "blank" one in that location.

The factory doesn't put one in for some reason.
