Go to this site and download the image file, then write it to cd/dvd. Once that's done, boot the protected machine from the cd. follow the instructions on screen. You may find it intimadating because it displays plenty of texts, but if you spend some time, you'll find it easy to operate.
If you have used a custom name apart from Administrator, there's another option for you. Boot into safe mode, you will be presented with the login screen, only this time there is the Administrator Account, normally doesn't have a password. Login with this account. Then goto Control Panel>Users settings. You can then remove the password from the other account. If this is not possible, create another user with Admin priviledges. Once this is created, log off and login to the newly created profile. Once you're in, you can then change the other account's password, or completely remove it.
