I found these instructions for resetting the router to the defualt settings:
Use the "Backup Settings" tool to save the Broadband Router's current configuration to a file named "config.bin" on your PC. You can then use the "Restore Settings" tool to restore the saved configuration of the Broadband Router that you set before. Alternately, you can use the "Restore to Factory Defaults" tool to force the Broadband Router to perform reset and restore the original factory settings.
Restore Factory Default
To restore the factory default settings of the Broadband Router, click on the "Restore" button.
Backup Settings
Press the "Backup Settings" button to save the current setting in a filed "config.bin" or given filename.
Restore Settings
To restore the backup file to the Broadband Router, enter the path and filename on the restore settings.
You can find the manual here:

Thank you for your advise, I've read the manual. The problem is, how to reset the router to factory default settings by use the reset button. I've tried it several times but without success. In the user guide is any described step by step manual how should the router behave during the "hard" reset. There is also no kind of advise that there are two kinds of reset. A soft one and hard one.
If your doing what the manual states, and its still not changing, then I would suggest reapplying the firmware, or something is bad on the router.

To reset, you SHOULD have to hold the reset button for 90 seconds. After 30, unplug the power cable, and at 60 seconds, plug it back in (DO NOT RELEASE THE RESET BUTTON DURING THIS PROCESS). After the full 90 seconds, release the reset button.
It's also good practice to wait an addition 15 seconds, and then power cycle the router once more to ensure it loads it's configuration properly.
Thank you for your advice.
I hold the reset button in total more than 300 seconds. But the settings are unchanged.
1. step - I plugged the power cord PWR lights permanently and STATUS blinked
2. step - After the router is properly started i pushed the reset button and waited 30 seconds. The STATUS blinked faster.. after aproximately 20 seconds STATUS blinked much faster and then all lights are on for approximately 1-2 second. After that PWR and STATUS lights permanently.
3. step - I unplugged the power cord.. i still held the reset button 30 - 60 and 90 seconds.
4. step - I repluged the power cord and waited 60 - 90 seconds PWR and STATUS lights permanently.
And now... when i just released the reset button - the router was not able to give me an ip adress - reset was impossible ... i had to unplug the power cord
5. step - I plugged the power cord but there was the old settings
Have i done something wrong?
What is the source of your advice, because, I can't find this kind of advice in user manual.?

Reset There are two ways to reset the Router's
factory defaults. Either press and hold the Reset
Button for approximately five seconds, or restore
the defaults from Administration > Factory
Defaults in the Router's web-based utility.
There should be a small hole with a red circle around it on the back of the router next to the power plug hole. Use a pin or straighten paper clip to push the tiny button.

I have no password to the router, so i am not able to reapplying the firmware without reset the router to default.
