I am unable to download

I am unable to download music onto my technica mp306. I use i tunes as my normal means of purchase and storing music. I have placed a cd in computer and that wont download. I did manage to download one song that was stored on a seperate file on my computer.

the songs appear to have downloaded when you look on the computer but when you diconnect from computer there is nothing on the MP player. When you re-connect to the computer- there they are again.

Frustrating.
