Sounds like alarm module has failed. Call ford parts and ask if common failure, if so replace. You could disconnect the alarm module and see if the car starts.

Is this a factory alarm? If this is the case you have to apply
a negative pulse to the wire color. Light Green/Orange located at the Driver’s
kick panel as soon you apply a negative pulse the alarm will be disarmed and if
you want to keep disarmed for ever just hook a wire to this Light Green/Orange
and connect it direct to ground this way will keep always the alarm in disarm mode
