My nokia 5800 motion sensor aint working. may i know from where to dowanload the motion sensor software.thank you!

* try to reset or restore your phone by typing *#7370# (full format) might some features are corrupted

* try to update your phone if this an option on your mobile.(using stable internet or wi-fi)

Default security code of Nokia which is 12345 or 00000 Hope it works if you have not changed your security code before. If you have changed then try your Nokia Master code. Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile Then Go Here. Give your IMEI no there and calculate your master code and try it. It will work as your security code If it doesn't work too then you can get online paid security code for your cell. If you want to then you can Go Here. After getting your Cell info and charges, they will send you code
If you don't want to get it by paying online then best option to renew the software of cell. Just contact to Nokia service provider, Your problem will be solved

hey, this is a perfect phone to have.
but let me tell u it's more the purpose which you must concider first.

nokia 5800 is a music phone.
amasing voice clarity,picture quality and screen resolution.
further supports some world'd best applications like Google Voice Search
Handwriting Recognition helps to write as u are writing on a paper.
motion sensor games are amasing.
proximity sensor has been another point ahead with others at same level(auto disable of touch screen when phone is close to ear ie:-you are talking..)

this was all good.
some pitfalls are
it supports very less video formats.
default browser closes automatically for some mp3 song sites and also unable to open orkut so one has to use opera beta 10.
freese screen problem faced by many owners.(soln. take out memory card and switch on the phone,then put back)

let me compare with it's competitor Samsung corby pro.this one also has qwerty pad for better browsing experience.
if regular internet usage is not your concern go for nokia 5800.else you may also see corby.

If you ask me i have nokia 5800 and is a dream phone to have.no problems in 8 months.a perfect phone to have.

Yes you can, you can google it and you can download the software form the net, or if you want, you can try to download form the nokia official page, i've not tried it, but i know you can do it.

This is up to your network operator. Your Nokia 5800 has a firmware version and product code that will indicate its a T Mobile phone

Once they have approved v31 then that upgrade will be available to you.

You can try to hack and change the product code - but that invalidates any warranties etc etc
