You can get a new rf box to run it through but since you are working with such a retro console your not gonna get the best quality and you never know what has been done to it in the past you can always take its shell of and blow it out with a can of air duster and then make sure thier is good connections on all the cables running through the system and try that. i hope this helps
This could be a problem with the refresh rate on the tv being too slow , change the refresh rating in the settings to a bigger number and the lines should disappear
I would suggest checking the connectors from the console to the tv, as if there are heavily worn they may cause a poor picture. There is not a lot you can change with the SNES in terms of improving the quality, therefore I suggest also checking on another TV to ensure that is not the problem.
