5.Remove or disconnect the following:
  • Upper radiator mounting brackets and bolts.
  • Upper condenser mounting bolts.
6. Separate condenser assembly from radiator.
7. Tilt radiator toward engine and remove radiator from vehicle.

Clean radiator fins are necessary for good heat transfer. The radiator and air conditioning fins should be cleaned when an accumulation of debris has occurred. With the engine cold, apply cold water and compressed air to the back (engine side) of the radiator to flush the radiator and/or A/C condenser of debris. The installation of the new radiator is the opposite of the removal. Please upvote if this was helpful. :)

How much will it cost for a 2001 sebring convertible new raditor and installation?

I found plenty of compatible radiators for around $100. Expect about 1.5 - 2 hours for the job plus you should also plan to replace the thermostat and all the coolant at the same time. So maybe $75 for the coolant and thermostat. Labor varies but a good independent shop I use charges $65/hr.

I included a link to a replacement radiator just to give you an idea of pricing. Chrysler Sebring Radiator

I have a 2001 chrysler pt cruiser it is overheating, i had the raditor replaced new thermostat new sensor on the fan and the fan checked. what else could be causing the problem please help me solve the...

Faulty water pump is the next thing I'd check.
Also backflush the cooling system if you haven't already.
Check to see if you have coolant in the oil. You may have a bad head gasket.

I HAVE I OVER HEATING PROBLEM I HAVE HAD TO RADITOR REPLACE AND THE THEROMSTA AS WELL AND IT STILL OVER HEAT WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY 300

This can be caused by a failed head gasket at a point that allows high temperature gases to escape into the coolant channels. Check your coolant for odors you would associate with exhaust fumes and check the color of the coolant mix to see if any contaminants are in it.
You might also do an inspection of the oil level dipstick to see if there is anything resembling Jergen's lotion on it; this can happen with a severely leaking head-gasket too. This kind of failure by itself ~just~ destroys the engine over time but doesn't affect the coolant temperature.

Antifreeze leak at lower raditor housing? antifreeze dripping down oilpan by dipstick tube and aircondition compressor only when hot.

you may have a water pump that is starting to fail. Look for the water pump that's driven by the fan belt. look at the housing of the water pump there is a relief hole that they drill in the casting and when the pump begins to fail it will drip out this hole. If that's where your leak is, it's time to change the pump.

How to remove air filter housing to replace battery on a 2001 chrysler 300?

Looking at the directions....for battery removal, it doesn't state removing the air filter cover but to do that, all you do is unclip the cover of the air cleaner....very simple.
