EDITING MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES

Is there a way to edit multiple Action ID's? I have selected several but when I go to edit them, I can only edit one at a time? What is the point of selecting all at once if I can't edit them all at once?

Thanks for looking into this.

How to delet empty rows in excel

I am assuming you are using Office version 2003 or newer.
Towards the left border of the sheet there are row numbers; Left click on any number selects the entire row.
Once selected, right click on the row number or anywhere on the selected row and delete from the menu.

To select multiple rows:
1. Hold down the left mouse button and drag till you reach the desired end row. (row selection to be done by clicking on row numbers and not the actual rows)
2. Select a cell (left click), then the combination ctrl+shift+rightArrow. This will select the entire row (only if it is empty). Now use shift+downArrow to select one row at a time or ctrl+shift+downArrow to select all adjacent blank/non-blank rows.

If row number are not visible:
In Office 2007 goto "View" tab. Select "Headings" from the "Show/Hide" group. In other Office versions, use the menu navigation to reach this point.

RPE POS, multiple menus, no instructions were found to add menu items to a specific menu.

To select which menu you want to change, go to OPTIONS screen, SETUP, TOUCH SCREEN CONFIGURATION. Click on the top right button, SCHEDULE: DEFAULT. A list of your menus will appear and you can select which one you wish to edit. If only DEFAULT appears, you do not have multiple menus, at least on this station. Each station can be programmed differently. If you need outside hep with your menu, send me an email.

Activity ID changes in P6

Select all the activities you would like to Edit (All or Portions)
'right click' in that menu there is an option that says Renumber activity ID's select that and choose the new prefix/suffix/Identifier and P6 will renumber them all in sequence. I use 3 letters as my prefix for smart coded IDs example (DCS1000) or (DCS-1000) for the DCS system. Visually easier to see and can be used as a filter point (Act ID Contains DCS) anyway I hope this helps...
