    Thanks for your email.

i have contacted hp contact center. Even on the phone they said that might be problem in motherboard. But I analysied my self and found that when I fit memory card it should put in 45 degree angle and then need to press. So, the outcome was my new RAM was not fitted properly.

And for my HP PAVILION DV 6130. in one slot i cant use more than 1 gb. And I was trying with 2gb in one slot.

so, all solved. Thanks for your time.

    Regards

Not sure whether the issue started after upgrading the RAM or not.

Beeps indicates many codes.

Current situation can be with Video/Graphic Card of the Notebook which might have failed. Contact the place of purchase if the Notebook is under warranty and get it repaired.

If the Notebook was purchased from US, you need to contact HP Chat Support dedicated for US and provide the required details to get the options.

This sounds like a serious internal malfunction ,,im sorry i dont know your model exactly,,i dont think you actually need to " heat the chip" they do function at no to low temperatures.you describe really a ram memory malfunction which may need just changeing ,sounds like a curious problem.
good luck anyhow

I have a HP Pavilion dv6700 special/limited edition. I start it up, and all lights turn on and i can hear the computer is on. But the screen is black. And then I hear a beeping sound three times. First one...

Sounds like you have a memory problem. Either a RAM module is defective & needs to be replaced, or the slot where the RAM module goes into is not making good contact between the motherboard & the memory module, & needs to be cleaned.

Try first cleaning the RAM module slot with a non-oily contact cleaner. Leave it to dry for few minutes then install the RAM module & test if the computer will turn on. If it does not, replace the RAM module with a working one & test again.

My Hp Pavilion dv5000 crashed! XP cd displays error message!

If you are facing this issue while installing Windows, Most probably there is an issue with the memory card. If you have two memory modules try to use one of the memory modules in each slot at a time. If you have only one memory stick then try to use it one by one on each slot. If you it does not work then probably you might have to replace the memory stick.

Hope you find this information helpful.

You can upgrade to 2Gb ram. I dont think your notebook will support 4Gb ram. A 2Gb Transcend ram will cost you around 1500 bucks INR

My laptop starts with 3 bips and that's it, (black screen, all lights on DVD runs then stops,...)

Sounds like a memory module error. If you recently upgraded the
memory, try removing. Here's HP's document about post error codes:
