Before the year 200, the first digit would denote the year of manufacture, and the second two digits the week within that year, the final numbers would be the number of machines produced in that year, that week. up to that machine, this was done in a ten year rotation, so 0 could be 1980/1990, so i would say your machine was produced in 1990 week nine, and was 26 off the production line.
