My phone will shut off six or more times a day and reboot itself and then a box will pop up and say...uncaught exception:java.lang.nullpo. How can I fix this problem?

first you need to determine if the problem is the battery, chipset, or a software malfunction

battery- see if its loose and is just moving around loosing good conection if so jsut try to put sum small in the back to keep it steady like some folded paper or come cardmoard. sum along those lines.

chipset- if its your chipset then your gona have to take it into your company and have them send it to the repair company

software- try to find an old restore point and set it back (refering to the java error) if you cant seem to find one then use your desktop software to do a system reboot.

Uncaught exception: java.lang.nullpo inter exception note keeps coming up

Hi, you get this error message when attempting to access a corrupt contact list database on the BlackBerry smartphone, BlackBerry Device Software or software application component has failed, or there is corrupt data from a wired or wireless synchronization.
Isolate the corrupt data by turning on advanced logging for Intellisync
1) Turn on advanced logging for Intellisync.
2) Once the corrupt data entry has been isolated, delete it from the desktop email client and the BlackBerry smartphone.
3) Synchronize again.
Clear the contact list database on the BlackBerry smartphone.
1) Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2) Click Backup and Restore, and then select Advanced.
3) From the Device Databases list, select Address Book, and then click Clear.
4) Return to the BlackBerry Desktop Manager window.
5) Synchronize the contact list with the correct translator in Intellisync.
I hope this information will help you

Unable to View Java Applet

"load: class JFI.class not found."
Based on the console output, it means that it cannot find the java applet class. In other words, the applet is missing on the server side. There is nothing that you can do about it, unless you know the person who created the applet. Good luck :)

Java.lang.NullPointerException

I believe the error should read "java.lang.NullPointerException"

This error simply means that whatever your application code is trying to get is not there- its a null. Its either out of range or does not exist at all.

I closed my Eclipse editor after usual work; and i came on next day to office, try to open it ,but not getting opened by saying "An error has occured .see the log file"

Start by looking at the last line:

MESSAGE Missing required bundle org.eclipse.gef_0.0.0.

Looks like it can't find the GEF (graphical editing framework) libraries. They should be in your eclipse/plugins directory - if not, download a fresh copy from http://www.eclipse.org/gef/downloads/ and extract into the plugins directory.

Can you post the output after doing this, so we can see if the Quantum / OSGI libs are missing too?
Not finding what you are looking for?
