No lights on display, dishwasher

-   Spent $105 on control board when only heavy light would light for 20 secs. then go out and nothing. Money spent was a waste. No difference. Checked door switches, high level switch. no problems with switchesd. Looks like I will get a different brand, I think whirlpool is the same co., so...maybew Kitchenaid. This unit was only 2 1/2 years old. Maytag used to be the best, but no more I guess.

-   I have replaced the latch assembly and it worked fine for several days. It then quit. No lights. There is voltage to the door switch with black leads but no voltage to door switch with white leads. Checked resistance measurement on white lead door switch, on and off, and it appears to be working. Should I replace the control board next? -   eberlecee
