Question about LG VX5300 Cellular Phone
Several times I've taken the LG VX5400 out of my pocket to find it turned off.
Have to turn it on again via the PWR/END key. Battery is fully charged. I find nothing in the manual about this problem. suggestions?
I had the same problem and brought the phone to a Verizonwireless store. They replaced it under warranty and did not give us much of a hassle. My guess is that it is a common problem. (On a side note, if you take the battery off the sticker shows a field called H/W Rev. The old phone was 1.0 and the new one is 1.1 which further suggests that they have made hardware changes to solve this problem.)
