For h.p. 1610 all in one printer. Both cartridges : hp94/95Black/Color combo. If you want to buy them seperately hp 94 Black, Color is hp95 color. Most office stores (staples etc) sell them.
you can go to the hp website, www.hp.com, then after that search the model (psc 1610) then you can see a link there, so just click it then download a driver to install
I am a very impatient person LOL... I waited 24 hours and decided to buy a whole new printer ;) PROBLEM SOLVED ;) I am very happy with my solution LOL. Thank you all who pondered over my question ;)
This usb printer can only be connected to one pc at a time, you could use a USB SWITCH to connect both computers to the switch and printer into the other end, so with the press of a button you could connect the printer from port 1 (pc1) to port 2 (pc2)
I searched through HP.com but didn't find any information that addressed your problem. You might want to try unplugging all of the cables, then plugging everything back in, making sure each cable connection is securely and firmly pressed in. Your problem could be caused by a loose power cable or even a loose connection between the computer and printer.
If that doesn't work, you probably have a hardware related problem somewhere in the printer and it will require professional service to resolve.
Sorry...that's the best I can do under the circumstances. Good luck.
