Audacity doesn't work with Mac OS 10.5.4

Since I've been using Mac OS 10.5.4 on my new MacBook, every time I try to export music file to Itunes the computer says error and will not export as WAV file or any other file. It worked just fine on my older Mac with OS 10.4. I've tried reinstalling software but have had no luck. Can anyone help me?

We don't have a ITUNES file

If you mean a folder where iTunes stores music, you need to install iTunes first. It creates the folder automatically. If you mean music files in compressed formats like mp3 or the native Mac/iTunes format, iTunes will create those from your CDs or download them for you. Or you can use a program like Audacity (free to download) or even ones that came with your computer to create them.

Yes, take it in. You got logic board problems with the video or processing chip, but first back up all your files and try installing a new hard drive with new OS to see if that clears things up for ya. Thats the cheaper way to go first.

I've loaded all my music into ITunes on my MacBook using the largest file size. Now I can't fit everything I want into my Ipod. Can I resize the files in ITunes without having to delete everything and...

You can change the import setting. iTunes->Preferences->General. Click on Import Settings. From here you can change the bitrate to something lower. Or if you are using a AAC Loseless, you can change it to AAC 128kbps. After changing the setting to something else, you can now convert your music. From you music list you can select multiple files and select Create (New File Type) version. iTunes-> Advanced-> Create AAC Version.
After you create a new version of these songs, you should be able to fit them onto your device. It all really depends on weather how you have your songs encoded to start with.

EZ Audio Converter does not export files to iTunes

I've had exactly the same problem, and so far no resolution from Ion. A small bit of good news: the .wav files are on the hard drive, although without any track info. At least on Vista, they are in username/AppData/Local/Temp. The files are name Temp0, Temp1, Temp 2, ...

You can use iTunes to add these files (File/add file) and then convert them to .mp3s, or whatever format you prefer. Or you could convert them first using the tool of your choice, such as Audiograbber.

This is inconvenient, but a lot better than re-ripping the vinyl after EZVinyl hangs.

Copy recorded music on Apple Mac and listen to it using iTunes

make sure that the actual file is saved on to your jvc first of all , so it can be transferred , because like some camcorders you have to finalize the video before it can be used on another equipment , then if that does not work , just download audacity or any mac recorder for free of the web and play the fm radio live via av leads in to your mac and record it live coming from your jvc make sure you save it as an acc( cd quality ) file for best quality or mp3

Olympus VN-2100PC exported files

The only way I have found to convert the files is to use Nero or ITunes. Those are the only two methods I've found to read the file. ITunes can both burn them to an audio cd and convert the file to mp3.
