Question about Philips J44414
I just recently purchased the Philips SPC110NC Web camera and when I hook the camera up to the computer via the USB drive, it says that my devices are ready to use, but I don't know how to turn the camera on and the user manual just takes through steps to troubleshooting.
Once I hook it up to the USB drive it says that the webcam is ready to use, but I get nothing and I see nothing. Am I doing something wrong? I have a SonyVaio laptop computer and was wondering if I am the only person who is having troubles with this camera? How do I get it to work?
If you are using yahoo messenger blusk911 try downloading http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?scy=US&slg=AEN&cat=PC_CAMERAS_CA&sct=WEBCAMS_SU&session=20080812040855_22.214.171.124&grp=PC_PRODUCTS_GR&ctn=SPC110NC/27&mid=Link_Software&hlt=Link_Software
