the issue is not related to the sbcglobal email (its normal to add sbcglobal emails and hotmail too)
its related to internet explorer compatibility
so the fix to the yahoo issue is just to update internet explorer to the next available version (if you have IE6 then update it to IE7 and so on).

Go back and reconfig your Outlook Express and dont forget to delete the previous configurations in fact delet everything and start again.  You need to go to yahoo to check what knid of settings they use.

Well, what displays instead of that? You can change your homepage by opening Internet Explorer, going to Tools, then clicking Internet Options. The option to change the homepage will then be staring you in the face.
