It is possible that a low water pressure can increase the time for the program and so this can lead to the program contrroller hanging up to show the flashing.
So remove the inlet and the water line to the inlet, check the filter and the inlet valve. If the pressure seems good , check the flow when the program starts.
Also counter check on the water level sensor, the drain pump/valve. finally check the winding on the heater using a multimeter, check the power to the heater during the program.

Sorry, but no: then the "intake" light would be flashing.

It runs a whole washing cycle, and the turbothermic fan also runs in the end. everything works apart form the water not being heated and the drying cycle not drying.
"Also counter check on the water level sensor, the drain pump/valve".
What do I check there? Where are they situated and what do they look like? Which panel do i unscrew? The bottom?
There is nothing wrong with the outtake/outlet(?) of the machine, since the pump drains as it should in the end and the "outake" light is not flashing in the end.
"finally check the winding on the heater using a multimeter, check the

Again: Where is the heater situated/what does it look like? Does it sit at the bottom? How can i measure the heaters power? I cannot get to it while the machine is running?
